New E-Mail Server
The new e-mail server is locally hosted making it faster and more accessible. There is a spam and virus filter in place, but it still needs training.
If you experience problems receiving e-mail from someone and you believe it is the spam filter, please ask the sender to keep a copy of the bounce message (if available) and call the support line.
New Website
Due to massive expansion and growth, Wichita Online has a new website to accommodate all the new data and news. The site will also be able to answer some of your support questions.
The section "Recent News and Changes" will be updated regularly and will attempt to give you insight to what is going on, scheduled downtimes, and maintenance.
