Internet Troubleshooting
If you have trouble getting online, try the following steps and your issue could be solved in a few minutes.
1. Unplug the power-over-ethernet adapter for 10 seconds and plug it back in.
2. Unplug the power to the router for 10 seconds and plug it back in.
3. Check connection to internet.
4. Restart the computer and other user equipment.
5. Call support line for other details.
Email Setup
If you have recently decided to use an email client (such as Outlook or Thunderbird), or if you have a made changes to your computer and don't know the settings for your email client, the list below should be everything you need. 1. Your account username. The account username is the entire email address. (example: userid@example.com)
2. Your account password. If you have forgotten your password, an office call can have your password changed in a few minutes. Then you can go here and change it to whatever you like.
